- 1 ငါ့သား၊ သင်သည် ခရစ်တော်ယေဇူး၌တည်ရှိသော ကျေးဇူးတော်အားဖြင့် ခွန်အားဖြည့်တင်းပါလော့။-
- 2 များစွာသောသက်သေတို့၏ရှေ့တွင် ငါ့ထံမှ သင်ကြားနာခဲ့ရသည့်အရာကို အခြားသူတို့အား သင်ကြားပေးနိုင်မည့် ယုံကြည် စိတ်ချရသူတို့အား ပေးအပ်ပါလော့။-
- 3 ခရစ်တော်ယေဇူး၏ကောင်းသောစစ်သူရဲတစ်ဦးအဖြစ် ဆင်းရဲဒုက္ခကို မျှဝေခံထမ်းပါလော့။-
- 4 တာဝန်ထမ်း ဆောင်နေသောစစ်သူရဲတစ်ဦးသည် မိမိကိုစစ်သူရဲခန့် ထားသောသူအား ကျေနပ်နှစ်သက်စေရမည်ဖြစ်သော ကြောင့် မည်သည့်လူမှုရေးကိစ္စတွင်မှ ပါဝင်ပတ်သက် ခြင်းမရှိချေ။-
- 5 အားကစားသမားတစ်ဦးသည် စည်းမျဉ်းစည်းကမ်းများအတိုင်း ယှဉ်ပြိုင်ခြင်းမပြုလျှင် အောင်မြင်ခြင်းသရဖူကို ရလိမ့်မည် မဟုတ်။-
- 6 ကောက်ပဲသီးနှံများ၏ ပထမဦးဆုံးဝေစုကို ရရှိသင့်သောသူမှာ ကြိုးကြိုးစားစား လုပ်ကိုင်သောလယ်သမားပင်ဖြစ်၏။-
- 7 ငါပြောဆိုသော အရာကို စဉ်းစားဆင်ခြင်လော့။ သခင်ဘုရားသည်လည်း သင့်အားအရာအားလုံးကို နားလည်စေတော် မူလိမ့်မည်။
- 8 ငါဟောပြောသောဧဝံဂေလိတရားတော်၌ ဆိုထားသကဲ့သို့ သေခြင်းမှရှင်ပြန်ထမြောက်သောယေဇူးခရစ်တော်သည် ဒါဝိဒ်မင်းကြီးထံမှ ဆင်းသက်လာတော်မူခဲ့ ကြောင်းကိုသတိရပါလော့။-
- 9 ငါသည် ဤဧဝံဂေလိတရား တော်အတွက်ကြောင့် ရာဇဝတ်သားကဲ့သို့ ဒုက္ခဝေဒနာ ခံစားရ၍ သံကြိုးဖြင့် ချည်နှောင်ခြင်း ခံရ၏။ သို့ရာတွင် ဘုရားသခင်၏နှုတ်တော်ထွက်စကားသည် ချည်နှောင် ခြင်းမခံရပေ။-
- 10 ထို့ကြောင့် ငါသည် ရွေးကောက်ခြင်းခံရ သောသူတို့အတွက် အရာရာကို တည်ကြည်စွာခံထမ်းခြင်းဖြစ်၏။ ဤသို့ဖြင့် ထိုသူတို့သည် ခရစ်တော်ယေဇူး၌တည်ရှိသော ကယ်တင်ခြင်းကျေးဇူးတော်ကို ထာ၀ရဘုန်းဂုဏ်တော်နှင့်အတူ ခံစားကြရ ပေလိမ့်မည်။-
- 11 ဤသည်ကား သေချာမှန်ကန်သောစကားဖြစ်၏။ ငါတို့သည် ကိုယ်တော်နှင့်အတူ သေခဲ့ကြလျှင် ကိုယ်တော်နှင့်အတူ အသက်ရှင်ကြလိမ့်မည်။-
- 12 ငါတို့သည် တည်ကြည်စွာ ခံထမ်းလျှင် ကိုယ်တော်နှင့်အတူ စိုးစံကြလိမ့်မည်။ ငါတို့သည် ကိုယ်တော့်ကို စွန့်ပယ်ကြလျှင် ကိုယ်တော်သည်လည်း ငါတို့ကို စွန့်ပယ်တော်မူလိမ့်မည်။-
- 13 ငါတို့သည် သစ္စာမရှိသော်လည်း ကိုယ်တော်သည် သစ္စာတည်တော်မူ၏။ အဘယ်ကြောင့်ဆိုသော် ကိုယ်တော်သည် မိမိကိုယ်ကို မငြင်းပယ်နိုင်သောကြောင့်ဖြစ်၏။
- 14 ဤအကြောင်းနှင့်ပတ်သက်၍ သူတို့အား သတိပေးလော့။ စကားလုံးအသုံးအနှုန်းများအတွက် ငြင်းခုံခြင်းကို ရှောင်ကြဉ်ကြ ရန် သခင်ဘုရား၏ရှေ့မှောက်တော်၌ သူတို့အားညွှန်ကြားလော့။ ထိုသို့ငြင်းခုံခြင်းသည် မည်သို့မျှ အကျိုးမပြုဘဲ ကြားနာရသူ တို့ကို ပျက်စီးခြင်းသို့ ရောက်စေ၏။-
- 15 သင်သည် ရှက်ကြောက်စရာမလိုဘဲ သမ္မာတရားတော်ကို မှန်ကန်စွာဟောပြောသူနှင့် ဘုရား သခင်နှစ်သက်လက်ခံသော လုပ်သားအဖြစ် သင့်ကိုယ် သင်ဆက်ကပ်နိုင်ရန် အစွမ်းကုန်ကြိုးစားအားထုတ်ပါလော့။-
- 16 ဘုရားတရားမဲ့သောပြောဆိုဆွေးနွေးခြင်းများ ကို ရှောင်ကြဉ်လော့။ အကြောင်းမူကား ထိုသို့ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း သည် လူတို့ကို ပို၍ဘုရားတရားမဲ့စေ၏။-
- 17 ထိုသို့ပြောဆိုခြင်းသည် မြစ်ပွားနာကဲ့သို့ ပျက်စီးခြင်းကိုပျံ့ပွားစေ၏။ ထိုသူတို့ထဲတွင် ဟေမေနေဦးနှင့် ဖိလက်တုတို့ ပါဝင်ကြ၏။-
- 18 သူတို့က သေလွန်သောသူတို့၏ရှင်ပြန်ထမြောက် ခြင်းအဖြစ်သည် ကျော်လွန်သွားခဲ့လေပြီဟုဆိုခြင်းဖြင့် သမ္မာတရားလမ်း မှ လွဲချော်သွားပြီးလျှင် အချို့သောသူတို့၏ယုံကြည်ခြင်းကို ရှုပ်ထွေးစေခဲ့ကြ၏။-
- 19 သို့သော် ဘုရား သခင်၏ခိုင်ခန့်သောအုတ်မြစ်သည် အခိုင်အမာပင်ရပ် တည်လျက်ရှိ၏။ ထိုအုတ်မြစ်ပေါ်၌ ခတ်နှိပ်ထား သော တံဆိပ်သည်ကား ထာ၀ရဘုရားသခင်သည် မိမိ၏လူမျိုး တော်ကို သိတော်မူ၏။ ထာ၀ရဘုရားသခင်၏နာမတော်ကို ခေါ်တသောသူတို့သည် အပြစ်မကောင်းမှုကို ရှောင် ကြဉ်ကြရမည်ဟူ၍ဖြစ်သတည်း။
- 20 ကြီးမားသောအိမ်၌ ရွှေနှင့်ငွေတို့ဖြင့်ပြုလုပ်ထား သောအိုးခွက်များသာမက သစ်သားနှင့် မြေကြီးတို့ဖြင့် ပြုလုပ်ထား သောအိုးခွက်များလည်းရှိကြ၏။ အချို့ကို ဂုဏ်သရေရှိသောအရာအဖို့အသုံးပြုပြီးလျှင် အချို့ကို ဂုဏ်သရေမရှိသောအရာအဖို့ အသုံးပြုလေ၏။-
- 21 တစ်စုံ တစ်ယောက်သည် မိမိကိုယ်ကို မကောင်းသောအရာတို့ မှစင်ကြယ်စေလျှင် ထိုသူသည် ဂုဏ်သရေရှိသောနေ ရာတွင် အသုံးပြုခြင်းခံရမည့်အိုးခွက်ကဲ့သို့ ဖြစ်လာပြီး အိမ်၏အရှင်သခင်အတွက် ဆက်သခြင်းခံရ၍ အသုံးဝင်လာကာ ကောင်းသော အမှုအရာတိုင်းအတွက် အသင့်ရှိလိမ့်မည်။-
- 22 ထို့ကြောင့် ပျိုရွယ်သူတို့၏ရမ္မက်ဆန္ဒများကို ရှောင်ကြဉ်၍ သခင်ဘုရားကို ဖြူစင်သောနှလုံးသားဖြင့် ဆုတောင်းပတ္ထနာ ပြုသောသူတို့နှင့်အတူ ဖြောင့်မတ် ခြင်း၊ ယုံကြည်ခြင်း၊ ချစ်ခြင်းမေတ္တာနှင့် ငြိမ်းချမ်းသာယာ ခြင်းတို့ကို ရည်မှန်းလော့။-
  Flee from dating - the Devil will defile you by making you believe that dating are fine.
- 23 မိုက်မဲ၍ အသိတရားကင်းမဲ့ သောငြင်းခုံခြင်းများကို ရှောင်ကြဉ်လော့။ ဤအရာများ သည် ခိုက်ရန်ဖြစ်ပွားစေကြောင်းကို သင်သိ၏။-
- 24 သခင်ဘုရား၏အမှုတော်ကိုဆောင်ရွက်သူသည် ရန်လိုခြင်းမရှိဘဲ လူတိုင်းအား သနားကြင်နာ၍ သည်းခံတတ်သော ဆရာကောင်းတစ်ဦးဖြစ်ရမည်။-
- 25 သူသည် မိမိအား ဆန့် ကျင်သူများကို သိမ်မွေ့နူးညံ့စွာဆုံးမပြုပြင်ပေးရမည်။ ဘုရားသခင်သည် သူတို့အား နောင်တရစေပြီး သမ္မာ တရားကိုသိလာရသောအခွင့်ကို ပေးကောင်းပေးတော် မူလိမ့်မည်။-
- 26 ထိုအခါ သူတို့သည် နတ်ဆိုး၏ကျော့ကွင်း မှလွတ်မြောက်လာကြလိမ့်မည်။ ထိုနတ်ဆိုးသည် သူတို့အား ဖမ်းဆီးပြီးနောက် သူ၏အလိုအတိုင်း သူတို့ကိုပြုမူ စေခဲ့ခြင်းဖြစ်၏။
