- 1 I stalo se ke mně slovo Hospodinovo:
- 2 „Ty, lidský synu, slyš. Chceš vynést rozsudek? Rozsudek nad městem, v němž je prolévána krev? Seznam je se všemi jeho ohavnostmi.
- 3 Řekni: Toto praví Panovník Hospodin: Je to město prolévající krev ve svém středu, přichází jeho čas; zhotovuje si hnusné modly a poskrvňuje se jimi.
- 4 Svou krví, kterou jsi prolilo, ses provinilo a svými hnusnými modlami, které jsi zhotovilo, ses poskvrnilo. Zavinilo jsi, že se přiblížily tvé dny a docházejí tvá léta. Proto tě vydávám v potupu pronárodům a za posměch všem zemím.
- 5 Blízké i daleké se ti budem posmívat pro nečisté jméno a velké zmatky.
- 6 Hle, izraelští předáci v tobě jsou pohotoví k prolévání krve, každý vlastní paží.
- 7 Otce i matku v tobě zlehčují, bezdomovce uprostřed tebe utlačují, sirotka a vdovu v tobě utiskují.
- 8 Pohrdáš mými svatými dary, znesvěcuješ mé dny odpočinku.
- 9 Jsou v tobě utrhači pohotoví k prolévání krve a ti, kdo hodují na horách, páchají uprostřed tebe mrzkost.
- 10 V tobě syn odkrývá otcovu nahotu, v tobě ponižují ženu v období její nečistoty.
- 11 V tobě se jeden dopouští ohavností se ženou druhého, tchán mrzce poskrňuje svou snachu, bratr ponižuje svou sestru, dceru svého otce.
- 12 V tobě berou úplatek, jsou pohotoví k prolévání krve, bereš lichvářský úrok, chamtivě vydíráš svého bližního a na mne zapomínáš, je výrok Panovníka Hospodina.
- 13 Hle, udeřím pěstí do toho, co jsi uchvátilo, a to kvůli prolité krvi, která je uprostřed tebe.
- 14 Obstojí tvá odvaha, budeš jednat rozhodně ve dnech, kdy proti tobě zakročím? Já Hospodin jsem promluvil a učiním to.
- 15 Rozptýlím tě mezi pronárody, rozpráším tě po zemích a dokonale tě zbavím tvé nečistoty.
- 16 Samo se znesvětíš před očima pronárodů. I poznáš, že já jsem Hospodin.“
- 17 I stalo se ke mně slovo Hospodinovo:
- 18 „Lidský synu, dům izraelský se mi stal struskou, všichni jsou pouhá měď a cín, železo a olovo uvnitř tavicí pece, stali se struskou po tavbě stříbra.
- 19 Proto praví Panovník Hospodin toto: Protože jste se stali všichni struskou, hle, já vás shromáždím doprostřed Jeruzaléma.
- 20 Jako se shromažďuje stříbro a měď, železo, olovo a cín dovnitř tavící pece a kolem ní se rozdmýchá oheň k tavbě, tak vás shromáždím ve svém hněvu a rozhořčení, vložím do pece a roztavím.
- 21 Shrnu vás dohromady, rozdmýchám kolem vás oheň své prchlivosti a vy se tam budete tavit.
- 22 Jako se taví stříbro uvnitř tavicí pece, tak budete roztaveni uprostřed města. I poznáte, že já Hospodin jsem na vás vylil své rozhořčení.“
- 23 I stalo se ke mně slovo Hospodinovo:
- 24 „Lidský synu, řekni zemi: Ty jsi země, která není čistá, která nebude v den hrozného hněvu zavlažena.
- 25 Spiknutí jejích proroků je uprostřed ní; jsou jako řvoucí lev, který trhá kořist, požírají duše, berou klenoty a skvosty, rozmnožují počet jejích vdov uprostřed ní.
- 26 Její kněží znásilňují můj zákon a znesvěcují moje svaté věci. Nerozlišují svaté od nesvatého, neseznamují s rozdílem mezi nečistým a čistým, přehlížejí mé dny odpočinku, jsem mezi nimi znesvěcován.
- 27 Její velmožové jsou uprostřed ní jako vlci, kteří trhají kořist, prolévají krev a hubí duše, neboť chamtivě shánějí zisk.
- 28 Její proroci jim všechno nahazují omítkou, mají šalebná vidění a věští jim lživé věci. Říkají: ‚Toto praví Panovník Hospodin‘, ačkoli Hospodin nepromluvil.
- 29 Lid země tvrdě utlačuje kdekoho, odírá ho, poškozuje utištěného ubožáka a protiprávně utlačuje bezdomovce.
- 30 Hledal jsem mezi nimi muže, který by zazdíval zeď a postavil se v trhlině před mou tvář za tuto zemi, abych ji neuvrhl do zkázy, ale nenašel jsem.
- 31 Vylil jsem tedy na ně svůj hrozný hněv, v ohni své prchlivosti jsem s nimi skoncoval, jejich cestu jsem jim uvalil na hlavu, je výrok Panovníka Hospodina.“

Basic Hash Usage Explained
At getBible, we've established a robust system to keep our API synchronized with the Crosswire project's modules. Let me explain how this integration works in simple terms.
We source our Bible text directly from the Crosswire modules. To monitor any updates, we generate "hash values" for each chapter, book, and translation. These hash values serve as unique identifiers that change only when the underlying content changes, thereby ensuring a tight integration between getBible and the Crosswire modules.
Every month, an automated process runs for approximately three hours. During this window, we fetch the latest Bible text from the Crosswire modules. Subsequently, we compare the new hash values and the text with the previous ones. Any detected changes trigger updates to both our official getBible hash repository and the Bible API for all affected translations. This system has been operating seamlessly for several years.
Once the updates are complete, any application utilizing our Bible API should monitor the hash values at the chapter, book, or translation level. Spotting a change in these values indicates that they should update their respective systems.
Hash values can change due to various reasons, including textual corrections like adding omitted verses, rectifying spelling errors, or addressing any discrepancies flagged by the publishers maintaining the modules at Crosswire.
The Crosswire initiative, also known as the SWORD Project, is the "source of truth" for getBible. Any modifications in the Crosswire modules get reflected in our API within days, ensuring our users access the most precise and current Bible text. We pledge to uphold this standard as long as getBible exists and our build scripts remain operational.
