- 4 그 의 꼬 리 가 하 늘 의 별 들 중 삼 분 의 일 을 끌 어 다 가 땅 에 내 던 지 더 라 . 용 이 막 해 산 하 려 고 하 는 그 여 자 앞 에 서 서 그 녀 의 아 이 가 태 어 나 면 곧 그 아 이 를 삼 키 고 자 하 더 라 .
- 5 그 녀 가 사 내 아 이 를 낳 았 는 데 이 아 이 는 철 장 으 로 모 든 민 족 들 을 다 스 릴 자 더 라 . 그 녀 의 아 이 가 채 여 올 라 가 하 나 님 께 이 르 고 그 분 의 왕 좌 에 이 르 더 라 .
- 6 그 여 자 가 광 야 로 도 피 하 니 라 . 거 기 에 하 나 님 께 서 예 비 하 신 한 처 소 가 그 녀 에 게 있 으 니 이 것 은 그 들 이 천 이 백 육 십 일 동 안 거 기 서 그 녀 를 먹 이 게 하 려 하 심 이 더 라 .
- 7 하 늘 에 전 쟁 이 있 더 라 . 미 가 엘 과 그 의 천 사 들 이 용 과 싸 우 매 용 과 그 의 천 사 들 도 싸 우 나
- 8 이 기 지 못 하 고 또 하 늘 에 서 자 기 들 의 처 소 를 더 이 상 찾 지 못 하 더 라 .
- 9 그 큰 용 즉 저 옛 뱀 곧 마 귀 라 고 도 하 고 사 탄 이 라 고 도 하 며 온 세 상 을 속 이 는 자 가 내 쫓 기 더 라 . 그 가 땅 으 로 내 쫓 기 니 그 의 천 사 들 도 그 와 함 께 내 쫓 기 니 라 .

- 10 또 내 가 들 으 니 하 늘 에 큰 음 성 이 있 어 이 르 되 , 이 제 구 원 과 힘 과 우 리 하 나 님 의 왕 국 과 그 분 의 그 리 스 도 의 권 능 이 임 하 였 도 다 . 우 리 형 제 들 을 고 소 하 는 자 곧 우 리 하 나 님 앞 에 서 밤 낮 으 로 그 들 을 고 소 하 던 자 가 쫓 겨 났 도 다 .
- 11 그 들 이 어 린 양 의 피 와 자 기 들 의 증 언 의 말 로 그 를 이 기 었 으 며 그 들 은 죽 기 까 지 자 기 생 명 을 사 랑 하 지 아 니 하 였 도 다 .
- 12 그 러 므 로 하 늘 들 과 그 것 들 안 에 거 하 는 자 들 아 , 너 희 는 즐 거 워 하 라 . 땅 과 바 다 에 거 하 는 자 들 에 게 화 가 있 으 리 로 다 ! 마 귀 가 자 기 때 가 조 금 만 남 은 줄 알 므 로 크 게 진 노 하 여 너 희 에 게 로 내 려 갔 도 다 , 하 더 라 .
- 13 용 이 자 기 가 땅 으 로 내 쫓 긴 것 을 보 고 사 내 아 이 를 낳 은 그 여 자 를 핍 박 하 더 라 .
- 14 그 여 자 가 큰 독 수 리 의 두 날 개 를 받 았 으 니 이 것 은 그 녀 가 광 야 곧 그 녀 의 처 소 로 날 아 가 거 기 서 그 뱀 의 얼 굴 을 피 하 여 한 때 와 두 때 와 반 때 동 안 양 육 받 게 하 려 함 이 라 .
- 15 뱀 이 자 기 입 에 서 여 자 의 뒤 로 물 을 홍 수 같 이 내 뿜 어 그 녀 를 홍 수 에 떠 내 려 가 게 하 려 하 되
- 16 땅 이 여 자 를 도 와 자 기 입 을 벌 려 용 이 그 의 입 에 서 내 뿜 은 홍 수 를 삼 키 니
