- 3 또 메 뚜 기 들 이 연 기 속 에 서 나 와 땅 위 로 올 라 오 는 데 그 것 들 이 땅 에 있 는 전 갈 들 의 권 능 과 같 은 권 능 을 받 았 더 라 .
- 4 또 그 것 들 은 땅 의 풀 이 나 푸 른 것 이 나 나 무 는 하 나 도 해 하 지 말 고 오 직 이 마 안 에 하 나 님 의 인 이 없 는 그 사 람 들 만 해 하 여 야 한 다 는 명 령 을 받 았 더 라 .
- 5 또 그 것 들 은 그 들 을 죽 이 지 말 고 그 들 에 게 다 섯 달 동 안 고 통 을 주 라 는 명 령 을 받 았 는 데 그 것 들 이 주 는 고 통 은 마 치 전 갈 이 사 람 을 쏠 때 에 주 는 고 통 과 같 더 라 .
- 6 그 날 들 에 는 사 람 들 이 죽 음 을 구 하 여 도 그 것 을 찾 지 못 하 겠 고 죽 기 를 바 라 나 죽 음 이 그 들 을 피 하 리 로 다 .
- 7 그 메 뚜 기 들 의 모 양 은 전 투 를 위 하 여 예 비 한 말 들 같 고 그 것 들 의 머 리 에 는 금 과 같 은 관 이 있 으 며 그 것 들 의 얼 굴 은 사 람 들 의 얼 굴 같 고
- 8 또 여 자 의 머 리 털 같 은 머 리 털 이 그 것 들 에 게 있 으 며 그 것 들 의 이 빨 은 사 자 의 이 빨 같 더 라 .
- 9 또 철 흉 갑 같 은 흉 갑 이 그 것 들 에 게 있 으 며 그 것 들 의 날 개 소 리 는 전 투 하 려 고 달 려 가 는 많 은 말 들 의 병 거 소 리 같 고
- 10 또 전 갈 과 같 은 꼬 리 가 그 것 들 에 게 있 으 며 그 것 들 의 꼬 리 에 쏘 는 침 이 있 었 는 데 그 것 들 의 권 능 은 사 람 들 을 다 섯 달 동 안 해 하 는 것 이 더 라 .
- 11 그 것 들 을 다 스 리 는 왕 이 그 것 들 에 게 있 었 는 데 그 는 바 닥 없 는 구 덩 이 의 천 사 니 라 . 그 의 이 름 은 히 브 리 말 로 는 아 바 돈 이 나 그 리 스 말 로 는 아 폴 리 온 이 니 라 .
- 12 한 가 지 화 는 지 나 갔 으 되 , 보 라 , 이 후 에 두 가 지 화 가 더 임 하 는 도 다 .
- 13 여 섯 째 천 사 가 나 팔 을 불 매 내 가 들 으 니 하 나 님 앞 에 있 는 금 제 단 의 네 뿔 에 서 한 음 성 이 나 서
- 14 나 팔 을 가 진 여 섯 째 천 사 에 게 말 하 기 를 , 큰 강 유 프 라 테 스 에 묶 어 둔 네 천 사 를 풀 어 주 라 , 하 더 라 .
- 15 이 에 네 천 사 가 풀 려 났 는 데 그 들 은 어 느 해 어 느 달 어 느 날 어 느 시 에 사 람 들 의 삼 분 의 일 을 죽 이 려 고 예 비 된 자 들 이 더 라 .
- 16 그 기 병 들 의 군 대 의 수 는 이 억 이 며 내 가 그 들 의 수 를 들 었 노 라 .
- 17 내 가 이 같 이 환 상 중 에 그 말 들 과 그 위 에 탄 자 들 을 보 았 는 데 그 들 에 게 불 과 청 옥 과 유 황 으 로 된 흉 갑 이 있 었 고 또 그 말 들 의 머 리 는 사 자 의 머 리 같 았 으 며 그 것 들 의 입 에 서 는 불 과 연 기 와 유 황 이 나 오 더 라 .
- 18 이 세 가 지 곧 그 것 들 의 입 에 서 나 온 불 과 연 기 와 유 황 에 의 해 사 람 들 의 삼 분 의 일 이 죽 임 을 당 하 니 라 .
- 19 그 것 들 의 권 능 은 그 것 들 의 입 과 꼬 리 들 에 있 었 는 데 그 것 들 의 꼬 리 들 은 뱀 같 았 고 또 머 리 들 을 가 지 고 있 어 서 그 것 들 이 그 꼬 리 들 로 해 하 더 라 .
- 20 이 재 앙 들 에 의 해 죽 임 을 당 하 지 아 니 하 고 남 은 사 람 들 은 여 전 히 자 기 손 의 행 위 들 을 회 개 하 지 아 니 하 며 마 귀 들 과 또 금 과 은 과 놋 과 돌 과 나 무 로 만 든 우 상 들 곧 보 거 나 듣 거 나 걷 지 못 하 는 우 상 들 에 게 경 배 하 는 것 에 서 돌 이 키 지 아 니 하 고
- 21 또 한 자 기 들 이 행 한 살 인 과 마 법 과 음 행 과 도 둑 질 도 회 개 하 지 아 니 하 더 라 .
