Leviticus 25
- 1 Och HERren talade med Mose på Sinai berg, och sade:
- 2 Tala med Israels barn, och säg til dem: När I kommen in uti det land, som jag eder gifwandes warder, skolen I hålla landsens helg HERranom:
- 3 Så at du i sex år sår din åker, och i sex år skär din wingård, och samlar in fruktena;
- 4 Men på sjunde årena skall landet hålla HERranom sina stora helg, i hwilko du icke skalt så din åker, eller berga din wingård.
- 5 Och hwad af sig sjelfwo wäxer, efter din afbergning, skalt du icke berga. Och de windrufwor, som utan ditt arbete wäxte äro, skalt du icke afhemta, efter det är landsens helgår.
- 6 Utan landsens helgår skalt du fördenskull hålla, at du skalt äta der af, din tjena re, din tjenarinna, din dagakarl, din hus man, din främling när dig:
- 7 Din boskap, och djuren i ditt land, allt det der wäxer skall wara til mats.
- 8 Och du skalt räkna sju sådana helgår, så at sju år skola sju resor tald warda, och den sju helgårs tiden gör nio och fyratio år.
- 9 Då skalt du låta blåsa i basunen öfwer allt edart land, på tionde dagen i sjunde månadenom, rätt på Försonedagen.
- 10 Och I skolen helga det femtionde året, och skolen kalla det et friår i landena, allom dem som bo derinne; ty det är edart klangår. Så skall hwar och en när eder komma til sina ägor igen, och til sina slägt.
- 11 Ty det femtionde året är edart klangår. I skolen intet få, ej heller upskära det af sig sjelfwo wäxt är, ej heller afhemta i wingårdenom det utan arbete wäxt är.
- 12 Förty klangåret skall wara heligt ibland eder. Men I skolen äta allt det som marken bär.
- 13 Det är klangåret, i hwilko hwar man skall komma til sitt igen.
- 14 Om du något säljer dinom nästa, eller något köper af honom, skall ingen besnika sin broder:
- 15 Men efter klangårens tal skalt du köpa det af honom, och hwad åren sedan draga kunna, der efter skall han sälja dig det.
- 16 Efter som åren äro mång til, så skalt du låta risa köpet, och efter som de äro så til, skalt du låta köpet falla; ty han skall sälja dig det efter som det draga kan.
- 17 Så besnike nu ingen sin nästa, utan frukta din Gud; ty jag är HERren edar Gud.
- 18 Derföre görer efter mina stadgar, och håller mina rätter, at I dem gören, på det I mågen tryggeliga bo i landena;
- 19 Ty landet skall gifwa eder sina frukt, at I skolen hafwa nog til at äta, och bo tryggeliga derinne.
- 20 Och om du worde sägandes: Hwad skole wi äta på sjunde årena; ty wi så intet, och församle ingen årswäxt?
- 21 Så will jag bjuda min wälsignelse i sjette årena öfwer eder, så at det skall göra eder tre åras wäxt.
- 22 Det I fån på de åttonde årena, och af den gamla årswäxten, der äter af intil nionde året, så at I äten af det gamla, intil dess åter ny årswäxt kommer.
- 23 Derföre skolen I icke sälja landet ewinnerliga: Ty landet är mitt, och I ären främmande och gäster för mig.
- 24 Och I skolen i allt edart land låta landet til lösen:
- 25 Om din broder warder fattig, och säljer dig sina ägor, och hans näste skyldman kommer til honom, och will lösat, så skall han lösa det hans broder sålt hafwer.
- 26 Om någor wore, som ingen lösare hafwer, och kan med sine hand så mycket åstadkomma, at han löser en del;
- 27 Då skall man räkna åratalet sedan han såldet, och hwad igen står, gifwe honom som köpt hafwer, at han må komma til sina ägor igen.
- 28 Om hans hand icke kan finna så mycket, at han kan få någon del igen, så skall det, som han sålt hafwer, wara i köparens händer intil klangåret; då skall det wara ute, och han komme til sina ägor igen.
- 29 Ho som säljer bort et boningahus innan stadsmuren, han hafwer et helt års frist til at lösa det igen; det skall wara tiden, innan hwilken han det lösa må.
- 30 Om han icke löser det förra än hela året ute är, så skall köparen behålla det ewinnerliga, och hans efterkommande; och skall icke löst utgå i klangårena.
- 31 Men är det et hus i sådana by, der ingen mur om är, det skall man räkna lika med markene i landena; och skall warda löst, och i klangårena fritt utgå.
- 32 De Leviters städer, och husen i städerna, der deras ägor inne äro, måga alltid löste warda.
- 33 Den som något löser ifrå de Leviter, den skall gå derifrån i klangårena, ware sig hus eller stad, som han besuttit hafwer; förty husen uti de Leviters städer äro deras ägor ibland Israels barn.
- 34 Men markena för deras städer skall man icke sälja; förty det är deras egendom ewinnerliga.
- 35 Om din broder warder fattig, och af sig kommer när dig, så skalt du taga honom til dig, såsom en främling eller husman, at han må lefwa när dig.
- 36 Och du skalt icke taga ocker af honom, eller winning; utan skalt frukta din Gud, at din broder må lefwa bredewid dig.
- 37 Ty du skalt icke få honom dina pen ningar på ocker, och icke utfå din spis på fördel.
- 38 Ty jag är HERren edar Gud, den eder utur Egypti land fört hafwer, at jag skulle gifwa eder det landet Canaan, och wara edar Gud.
- 39 Om din broder warder fattig när dig, och säljer dig, så skalt du icke låta honom göra trälars arbete:
- 40 Utan han skall wara när dig, såsom en dagakarl och en husman, och tjena dig intil klangåret;
- 41 Då skall han gå lös ut ifrå dig, och hans barn med honom; och skall komma til sitt slägte igen, och til sina fäders ägor.
- 42 Förty de äro mine tjenare, de jag utur Egypti land fört hafwer; ty skall man icke sälja dem efter trälars sätt.
- 43 Och skalt du icke med stränghet råda öfwer dem, utan frukta din Gud.
- 44 Men wilt du hafwa trälar och trälinnor, så skalt du köpa dem af Hedningarna, som omkring eder äro:
- 45 Af husmän, som främlingar ibland eder äro, och af deras afkommandom, som de när eder uti lande föda, dem skolen I hafwa til egna:
- 46 Och skolen äga dem, och edor barn efter eder til en ewig ägo; dem skolen i låta wara trälar. Men öfwer edra bröder, Israels barn, skall ingen öfwer den andra råda med stränghet.
- 47 Om en främling eller en husman wäxer til när dig, och din broder warder fattig när honom, och säljer sig enom främling, eller husmanne när dig, eller någrom af sine slägt;
- 48 Så skal han rätt hafwa, sedan han såld är, at warda löst igen; och någor af hans bröder må lösa honom:
- 49 Eller hans faderbroder, eller faderbroders son, eller eljest någor hans när skyldman i hans slägte; eller om hans egen hand kan så mycket åstadkomma, så skall han lösa sig:
- 50 Och skall räkna med sin köpare ifrå det året, då han sålde sig, intil klangåret. Och penningarne skola räknade warda efter åratalet, sedan han såldes; och skall hans lön med inräknas för hela tiden.
- 51 Om ännu mång år äro intil klangåret, så skall han der efter desto mer gifwa för lösnen, efter som han köpt är.
- 52 Äro få år qwar intil klangåret, så skall han ock der efter igengifwa til sin lösning.
- 53 Och skall räkna sin lön med honom år ifrån år. Och skalt icke låta råda öfwer honom med stränghet för din ögon.
- 54 Om han icke löser sig i denna måtto, så skall han i klangåret lös utgå, och hans barn med honom.
- 55 Förty Israels barn äro mine tjenare, de jag utur Egypti land fört hafwer. Jag är HERren edar Gud.

Basic Hash Usage Explained
At getBible, we've established a robust system to keep our API synchronized with the Crosswire project's modules. Let me explain how this integration works in simple terms.
We source our Bible text directly from the Crosswire modules. To monitor any updates, we generate "hash values" for each chapter, book, and translation. These hash values serve as unique identifiers that change only when the underlying content changes, thereby ensuring a tight integration between getBible and the Crosswire modules.
Every month, an automated process runs for approximately three hours. During this window, we fetch the latest Bible text from the Crosswire modules. Subsequently, we compare the new hash values and the text with the previous ones. Any detected changes trigger updates to both our official getBible hash repository and the Bible API for all affected translations. This system has been operating seamlessly for several years.
Once the updates are complete, any application utilizing our Bible API should monitor the hash values at the chapter, book, or translation level. Spotting a change in these values indicates that they should update their respective systems.
Hash values can change due to various reasons, including textual corrections like adding omitted verses, rectifying spelling errors, or addressing any discrepancies flagged by the publishers maintaining the modules at Crosswire.
The Crosswire initiative, also known as the SWORD Project, is the "source of truth" for getBible. Any modifications in the Crosswire modules get reflected in our API within days, ensuring our users access the most precise and current Bible text. We pledge to uphold this standard as long as getBible exists and our build scripts remain operational.
