- 1 又見たるに、天に大いにして不思議なる徴あり、即ち七の天使ありて最後の七の禍を有せり、蓋神の御怒が之にて全うせられたるなり。
- 2 尚見たるに、火の雑れる玻璃の海の如きものありて、獣と其像と其名の數とに勝ちたる人々、玻璃の海の上に立ち、神の琴を持ちて、
- 3 神の僕たるモイゼの賛美歌、及び羔の賛美歌を謳ひて言ひけるは、全能の神にて在す主よ、大いにして不思議なる哉、主の御業。萬世の王よ、正しくして眞なる哉、主の道。
- 4 主よ、誰か汝を畏れ奉らず御名を崇め奉らざらんや、其は汝のみ聖に在して、汝の審判の明なるにより、萬民來りて御前に禮拝し奉らんとすればなり、と。
- 5 其後我又見たるに、折しも天に證明の幕屋の [ 聖 ] 殿開けて、
- 6 七の禍を有せる七の天使、潔くして輝ける亜麻布を纏ひ、胸に金の帯を締めて [ 聖 ] 殿より出でしが、
- 7 四の動物の一は、世々に限なく活き給ふ神の御怒の満てる七の金の器を、七の天使に與へしかば、
- 8 [ 聖 ] 殿は神の稜威と其能力とによりて烟を以て充たされ、七の天使の七の禍の終るまで、誰も [ 聖 ] 殿に入る事能はざりき。

Bible translated by E. Raguet. Emile Raguet(1854-1929) is a Belgian missionary. He came to Japan at 1879. He translated a New Tastament based on Vulgate into classical Japanese in 1910. His translation was treated as the semi-official Catholic translation in Japan.
