Luke 13
- 1 Vali Pilatus’un askerleri, kurban kesen bazı Celilelileri öldürmüştü. Ölen Celilelilerin kanı kestikleri kurbanların kanına karışmıştı. Bazı kişiler gelip bunu İsa’ya haber verdiler.
- 2 İsa şöyle karşılık verdi: “Sizce bu Celileliler diğer Celilelilerden daha mı günahkârdılar? Onun için mi başlarına böyle bir felâket geldi?
- 3 Size diyorum ki, hayır! Fakat tövbe etmezseniz, hepiniz onlar gibi helâk olacaksınız.
- 4 Peki Kudüs’ün Şiloah mahallesindeki kule üzerlerine yıkılınca ölen on sekiz kişi için ne demeli? Sizce onlar Kudüs’te yaşayan diğer insanlardan daha mı günahkârdı?
- 5 Size hayır diyorum! Fakat tövbe etmezseniz, hepiniz onlar gibi helâk olacaksınız.”
- 6 Sonra İsa şu misali verdi: “Adamın birinin bağında bir incir ağacı varmış. Adam gelip ağaçta meyve aramış, fakat bulamamış.
- 7 Bağcısına demiş ki, ‘Bak, üç yıldır gelip bu ağaçta meyve arıyorum, bulamıyorum. Kes bu ağacı! Niye boşu boşuna toprağı işgal etsin ki?’
- 8 Bağcı da ona cevap olarak, ‘Efendim, ağacı bir yıl daha bırak. Ben de bu arada çevresini kazıp gübreleyeyim.
- 9 Belki gelecek yıl meyve verir. Vermezse, onu kesersin’ demiş.”
- 10 İsa Şabat Günü havralardan birinde vaaz ediyordu.
- 11 Orada cine tutulmuş bir kadın vardı. Cin yüzünden on sekiz yıldır sakat kalmıştı. İki büklüm olmuş, belini hiç doğrultamıyordu.
- 12 İsa onu görünce yanına çağırdı ve ona, “Hastalığından kurtuldun” dedi.
- 13 Ellerini kadının üzerine koydu. Kadın hemen doğruldu ve Allah’a hamdetmeye başladı.
- 14 Havra önderi hastaya Şabat Günü şifa verdi diye İsa’ya kızdı; kalabalığa dönüp, “Çalışmak için haftada altı gün var. O günlerde şifa arayın; Şabat Günü gelmeyin” dedi.
- 15 İsa ona şu cevabı verdi: “Sizi ikiyüzlüler! Öküzünüzü veya eşeğinizi ahırdan çözüp her gün, hatta Şabat Günü bile su içmeye götürmüyor musunuz?
- 16 İyileştirdiğim bu kadın İbrahim’in soyundandır. Şeytan on sekiz yıldır onu esir etmişti. Şabat Günü bu esaretten kurtulup şifa bulmasında ne sakınca var?”
- 17 İsa’nın bu sözleri muhaliflerinin hepsini utandırdı. Bütün cemaat O’nun yaptığı harikalara sevindi.
- 18 Sonra İsa şöyle dedi: “Allah’ın Hükümranlığı neye benzer? Onu neye benzeteyim?
- 19 Allah’ın Hükümranlığı bir adamın bahçesine ektiği küçücük hardal tohumuna benzer. Tohum büyür, ağaç olur ve kuşlar dallarında barınırlar.”
- 20 İsa yine, “Allah’ın Hükümranlığı’nı neye benzeteyim?” dedi.
- 21 “O, bir kadının alıp üç ölçek una karıştırdığı mayaya benzer. Azıcık maya bütün hamuru kabartır” dedi.
- 22 İsa Kudüs’e giderken her köy ve şehirde durup vaaz ediyordu.
- 23 Biri O’na, “Efendim, kıyamet günü kurtulanların sayısı az mı olacak?” diye sordu. İsa oradakilere dönüp şöyle dedi:
- 24 “Ebedî hayata giden kapı dardır; bu kapıdan girmek için elinizden geleni yapın. Size diyorum ki, birçok kişi girmek isteyecek, fakat giremeyecek.
- 25 Bir an gelecek, evin efendisi kapıyı kapatacak. Sizler dışarıda durup kapıyı vuracaksınız, ‘Efendimiz, kapıyı aç!’ diyeceksiniz. Fakat O size cevap olarak, ‘Kim olduğunuzu, nereden geldiğinizi bilmiyorum’ diyecek.
- 26 Siz de O’na, ‘Biz seninle yedik, içtik. Şehrimizin sokaklarında bize vaaz ettin’ diyeceksiniz.
- 27 O ise size, ‘Uzak durun benden, ey zalimler!’ cevabını verecek.
- 28 “İbrahim, İshak, Yakub ve diğer peygamberler Allah’ın Hükümranlığı’nda olacak; fakat sizler bunun dışında kalacaksınız. Bundan dolayı ağlayıp acıyla dişlerinizi sıkacaksınız.
- 29 İnsanlar doğudan, batıdan, kuzeyden ve güneyden gelip Allah’ın Hükümranlığı’ndaki şölende yerlerini alacak.
- 30 Şimdi en önemsiz gibi görünenler birinci, en önemli gibi görünenler ise sonuncu olacaktır.”
- 31 Tam o sırada bazı Ferisiler gelip İsa’ya, “Buradan ayrıl, başka yere git. Hirodes seni öldürmek istiyor” dediler.
- 32 İsa onlara, “Hirodes tilki kadar kurnaz biri. Gidip ona söyleyin, ‘Bugün ve yarın cinleri kovacağım, hastalara şifa vereceğim. Üçüncü gün amacıma ulaşacağım.’
- 33 Yine de bugün, yarın ve öbür gün yoluma devam etmeliyim, çünkü bir peygamberin Kudüs dışında ölmesi düşünülemez.
- 34 “Ey Kudüs! Peygamberleri öldüren, Allah’ın resullerini taşlayan Kudüs! Tavuk nasıl civcivlerini kanatlarının altına toplarsa, ben de kaç defa sizleri öyle toplamak istedim; fakat siz istemediniz.
- 35 İşte bu yüzden Allah mabedinizi terk edecek. Size şunu söyleyeyim, ‘Rab’bin adına gelen mübarek olsun!’ diyene kadar beni bir daha görmeyeceksiniz.”
